DataCloud API website updated to include new features of DataCloud version 1.0
- Updated hourly/time span, and daily icon lists
- Added a forecast phrase for daily and time span summary requests. The forecast phrase contains three sentences that summarize the temperature, sky condition, wind, and precipitation forecast for the day or time period requested
- Added new request type for KML shapes. Users can now view DataCloud variables in three-dimensional Earth browsers, like Google Earth
